What is CycleOps?
CycleOps is a bike maintenance tracking app that helps cyclists keep their bikes in perfect condition. It tracks maintenance schedules, component wear, and service history.
Is CycleOps free to use?
Yes! CycleOps offers a free plan that includes basic maintenance tracking for one bike. For multiple bikes and advanced features, check out our Pro plan.
How do I add my first bike?
After signing up, click 'Add Bike' in your dashboard. Enter basic details like make, model, and year. You can also add components and set up maintenance schedules.
Features & Integration
Does CycleOps work with ride tracking apps?
Integration with Garmin and Wahoo is coming soon! This will allow automatic mileage tracking and component wear updates based on your actual riding data.
Can I track multiple bikes?
The free plan allows tracking one bike. Our Pro plan lets you track unlimited bikes, perfect for cyclists with multiple rides.
What maintenance items does CycleOps track?
CycleOps tracks chain wear, tire life, brake pad wear, general service intervals, and custom maintenance items you create.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade to Pro from your account settings. We offer monthly and annual billing options.
Can I export my maintenance history?
Pro users can export their complete maintenance history in CSV format for record-keeping or sharing with mechanics.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for Pro subscriptions.
